Beste Invite,
Je zal maar niet op Ameland geweest zijn en wel naar de Pacific gaan volgend jaar. Dan heb je wat gemist.
Gezien de verwachtte hoeveelheid haka’s die wij over ons uitgestort gaan krijgen hebben wij gemeend ons te moeten wapenen. Er is een heuze dans waarmee dit moet gaan lukken, namelijk de Amelandse Hoela Hoela ofwel de Amehoela!
Dat zal ze leren!
De melodie is de meeste welbekend: de Hookiepokie’.
Oefenen dus wij hebben alleen succes bij een vlekkeloze uitvoering:

Voeg gerust nog een couplet toe. Ze hebben geen veldverlichting dus als de Amehoela maar lang genoeg duurt dan gaat hij naadloos over in de derde helft 😉

2024 - 4 tot 18 oktober Invites Pacific Trip.
In eerdere berichtgeving hadden we al de startdatum van deze tour gegeven en we hebben er heel wat reacties op gekregen. De komende maanden willen wij proberen het een en ander steeds concreter te maken zodat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is.
Wat weten we nu?
Iedere deelnemer regelt zelf zijn ticket naar Fiji Nadi Airport en staat op 4 oktober 2024 op enig moment in de aankomsthal. Je kunt ook weer vanaf deze luchthaven vertrekken vanaf 18 oktober. Het plan is in zowel Fiji, Tonga als Samoa steeds één eiland aan te doen.
Inclusief?
- Overnachtingen; logies met ontbijt
- De vluchten tussen die eilanden
- Groepsvervoer op de eilanden
- Vijf diners
- Drie wedstrijden met derde helft
Wanneer gaat het door?
De tour gaat alleen door wanneer we met 25 spelende leden op pad kunnen gaan. De wedstrijden zijn op ons eigen niveau. In het weekend van de Worldcup finale valt de go-or-no-go beslissing. Bij een ‘go-‘ dient de helft van het totaalbedrag (€ 3.000,- / 2 = € 1.500,-) voor 31 december te worden aanbetaald.

Gezien de bestemming en het unieke karakter zijn partners van harte welkom om deel te nemen of ergens tijdens de tour aan te sluiten.
